  • Senior Director, Creative Services 

    Under the limited supervision of the SVP, Chief Marketing Officer, the Senior Director, Creative Services is responsible for the translation of 4-H’s marketing strategies and objectives into creative ideas, plans and designs that support and leverage brand and key assets.

         

    Integrated Marketing Manager 

    The Manager of Integrated Marketing is aligned to one of four key 4-H brand platforms: STEM, Healthy Living, Food & Ag or Cause & Council Services. The Manager will have responsibility for developing (in collaboration with other Marketing & Brand subject matter groups) and managing an integrated marketing strategy for a brand platform.

         

    Corporate Account Manager - Cause and Retail 

    The Account Manager, Cause and Retail works in partnership with Resource Development and Marketing colleagues to manage donor relationships through the creation and effective delivery of holistic National 4-H Council partnerships, inclusive of high quality 4-H Positive Youth Development programming nationwide and Council-led enhancements (i.e. marketing, professional development).

         

    Youth & Alumni Ambassador Coordinator

    The Youth & Alumni Ambassador Coordinator will manage the 4-H Youth Speaker’s Bureau and the overall youth spokesperson function within the National 4-H Council Marketing & Brand department.

         

    Administrative Assistant - Resource Development

    The Administrative Assistant will provide general administrative support to the internal teams within the Resource Development department to achieve its strategic goals and objectives. S/he will work in coordination and partnership with the Resource Development Operations Team and the Executive Assistant to the Chief Development Officer to ensure smooth administrative operations.

         

    Conference Services Coordinator   

    The Conference Services Coordinator provides logistical and administrative support to the National 4-H Youth Conference Center’s Conference Services Managers. This individual performs a variety of tasks necessary for the daily operation of the office, as well as logistical support to events as requested.

         

    Guest Services Associate 

    This position provides “first point of contact” customer service to arriving guests and visitors at the 4-H Center.

  • Citizenship Washington Focus Program Assistant

    Get paid and live on the campus of the National 4-H Youth Conference Center while you spend some quality time in our nation's capital as a CWF program assistant. CWF program assistants ensure that CWF participants have fun and learn a lot during their stay here. They become licensed Washington, DC, tour guides and facilitate the program's educational workshops. Develop and enhance your leadership skills as you explore a variety of aspects of citizenship with Washington, DC, as the backdrop!

    Educational Program Assistant 

    Get paid to spend quality time in our nation's capital and live on the campus of the National 4-H Youth Conference Center as an Educational Program Assistant. Program Assistants ensure that Wonders Of Washington participants have fun while they learn! PAs become licensed Washington, DC tour guides to lead the WOW participants throughout Washington, DC, and relay information about the city and our nation's rich history. They also facilitate the program's educational workshops. PAs have the opportunity to work as office interns with the different departments of National 4-H Council. Develop and enhance your leadership skills as you explore a variety of aspects of the non-profit sector!
