    Full and Part-Time Positions

    Integrated Marketing Manager 

    The Manager of Integrated Marketing is aligned to one of four key 4-H brand platforms: STEM, Healthy Living, Food & Ag or Cause & Council Services. The Manager will have responsibility for developing (in collaboration with other Marketing & Brand subject matter groups) and managing an integrated marketing strategy for a brand platform.


    Digital Marketing Manager - Acquisitions

    The Digital Marketing Manager - Acquisitions will assist with the development and management of 4-H’s marketing initiatives to drive contact strategies supporting lead nurturing, acquisition, fundraising and retention opportunities.


      Administrative Assistant - Marketing Brand

    The Administrative Assistant provides a wide range of administrative and executive support to the Senior Vice President of Marketing & Brand.


       Sponsorship Manager

    Develops and cultivates strategic business relationships with major corporate partners, including Fortune 100 and 500 companies, whose sponsorship and cause-related marketing (CRM) programs generate revenue for National 4-H Council.


       Customer Experience Representative  

    The Customer Experience Representative is responsible for processing orders for merchandise received online, mail, telephone, fax, e-mail, or in other ways.


      Education Programs Specialist 

    This position will coordinate successful and smooth-flowing conferences, programs, and activities with primary focus on the day to day operations of the youth development leadership programs held at the National 4-H Youth Conference Center (Center) such as Citizen Washington Focus (CWF), Wonders Of Washington (WOW) and Program Assistant (PA) Internship Programs.


    Development Coordinator (Resource Development)   

    The Development Coordinator will provide general administrative support and coordinate development projects for the fundraisers within the Resource Development (RD) department to achieve its strategic goals and objectives.


    Guest Services Associate 

    This position provides “first point of contact” customer service to arriving guests and visitors at the 4-H Center.


    Catering Attendant  

    This position provides outstanding and professional customer service to Banquet customers at all times.



    Citizenship Washington Focus Program Assistant

    Get paid and live on the campus of the National 4-H Youth Conference Center while you spend some quality time in our nation's capital as a CWF program assistant. CWF program assistants ensure that CWF participants have fun and learn a lot during their stay here. They become licensed Washington, DC, tour guides and facilitate the program's educational workshops. Develop and enhance your leadership skills as you explore a variety of aspects of citizenship with Washington, DC, as the backdrop!

    Educational Program Assistant 

    Get paid to spend quality time in our nation's capital and live on the campus of the National 4-H Youth Conference Center as an Educational Program Assistant. Program Assistants ensure that Wonders Of Washington participants have fun while they learn! PAs become licensed Washington, DC tour guides to lead the WOW participants throughout Washington, DC, and relay information about the city and our nation's rich history. They also facilitate the program's educational workshops. PAs have the opportunity to work as office interns with the different departments of National 4-H Council. Develop and enhance your leadership skills as you explore a variety of aspects of the non-profit sector!
