  • Partnership Marketing Director 

    The Director of Partnership Marketing will manage public relations and integrated marketing efforts for partnerships in the Food Security issue area. In addition to leading marketing efforts that align to Food Security, the Director will have responsibility for management and strategic oversight of the Partnership Marketing group, which is comprised of two Public Relations Managers who each manage public relations and marketing for a 4-H issue area.


    Project Coordinator (Federal Grants)  

    The Project Coordinator will provide customer service and administrative support to positions assigned to staff the 4-H National Mentoring Program grant and government relations team. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for assisting in data collection activities, assist team in meeting agreed-upon deliverables, assist in ensuring donor satisfaction and increase the field’s capacity to deliver high-quality 4-H Positive Youth Development.  


    Digital Marketing Manager   

    This position will assist with the development and management of 4-H’s marketing initiatives to drive contact strategies supporting lead nurturing, acquisition, and retention opportunities. This individual will play a critical role in driving 4-H’s database acquisition strategy, using digital and traditional marketing methods to form and maintain deep relationships with 4-H target audiences.


    Special Assistant to the President & CEO       

    The Special Assistant has significant responsibilities related to the overall communication, efficiency and daily operations of the Executive Office. This is a professional level position that provides principal support to the President & CEO including calendar and complex international and domestic travel management, collaboration with the organization’s executive leadership team, extensive project management that includes research, analysis, and facilitation with the Executive Leadership team on behalf of the President & CEO.


    Grant Manager    

    The Grant Manager works in partnership with Resource Development and Marketing colleagues to increase the field capacity to deliver high quality 4-H Positive Youth Development programming; ensure donor satisfaction through effective project management, budget management and superior customer service to meet agreed-upon deliverables.



    This position is responsible for preparing all hot food for Clover Café and catered events as scheduled to ensure optimal freshness and temperature requirements.

  • Citizenship Washington Focus Program Assistant

    Get paid and live on the campus of the National 4-H Youth Conference Center while you spend some quality time in our nation's capital as a CWF program assistant. CWF program assistants ensure that CWF participants have fun and learn a lot during their stay here. They become licensed Washington, DC, tour guides and facilitate the program's educational workshops. Develop and enhance your leadership skills as you explore a variety of aspects of citizenship with Washington, DC, as the backdrop!

    Wonders of Washington Program Assistant

    Get paid to spend quality time in our nation's capital and live on the campus of the National 4-H Youth Conference Center as a WOW Program Assistant. WOW Program Assistants ensure that WOW participants have fun while they learn! PAs become licensed Washington, DC tour guides to lead the WOW participants throughout Washington, DC, and relay information about the city and our nation's rich history. They also facilitate the program's educational workshops. WOW PAs have the opportunity to work as office interns with the different departments of National 4-H Council. Develop and enhance your leadership skills as you explore a variety of aspects of the non-profit sector!
