    Compensation & Human Resources Specialist

    The Compensation and Benefits specialist position is a newly created position at 4-H Council designed to help modernize compensation practices. They will manage new recognition programs and lead efforts to develop additional programs.

         

    Manager - Human Resources Initiatives

    The Manager-Human Resources Initiatives (MHRI) is responsible developing and implementing human resources strategies and tactics that support achievement of National 4-H Council objectives. The MHRI consults with the Senior Vice President, Talent and Culture, HR team and management on efforts to improve work culture and employee engagement.

         

    Digital Marketing Manager - Acquisitions

    The Digital Marketing Manager - Acquisitions will assist with the development and management of 4-H’s marketing initiatives to drive contact strategies supporting lead nurturing, acquisition, fundraising and retention opportunities.

         

    Development Researcher 

    This position provides research leadership and support to the Resource Development Team and the Executive Office. The Research Manager reports to the Senior Director, Operations and provides in-depth corporate, foundation and individual profiles, individual wealth screenings and news monitoring for the purposes of fundraising, board recruitment, and general information.

         

    Catering Attendant 

    Provide outstanding and professional customer service to Banquet customers at all times.

         

    Cafeteria Line Server (Part-time) 

    This position is expected to perform a variety of duties for the preparation, set-up and serving of food. This position greets customers and serves food in a cafeteria buffet environment.

         

    Sponsorship Manager

    Develops and cultivates strategic business relationships with major corporate partners, including Fortune 100 and 500 companies, whose sponsorship and cause-related marketing (CRM) programs generate revenue for National 4-H Council.

         

    Center Sales Associate  

    This position is responsible for negotiations with customers, managing accounts, closing the sale for all conventions, meetings group travel, and room bookings.

     

    Internships

    Citizenship Washington Focus Program Assistant

    Get paid and live on the campus of the National 4-H Youth Conference Center while you spend some quality time in our nation's capital as a CWF program assistant. CWF program assistants ensure that CWF participants have fun and learn a lot during their stay here. They become licensed Washington, DC, tour guides and facilitate the program's educational workshops. Develop and enhance your leadership skills as you explore a variety of aspects of citizenship with Washington, DC, as the backdrop!

    Educational Program Assistant 

    Get paid to spend quality time in our nation's capital and live on the campus of the National 4-H Youth Conference Center as an Educational Program Assistant. Program Assistants ensure that Wonders Of Washington participants have fun while they learn! PAs become licensed Washington, DC tour guides to lead the WOW participants throughout Washington, DC, and relay information about the city and our nation's rich history. They also facilitate the program's educational workshops. PAs have the opportunity to work as office interns with the different departments of National 4-H Council. Develop and enhance your leadership skills as you explore a variety of aspects of the non-profit sector!
