The annual National 4-H Council Legacy Awards Gala is the organization's premier fund-raising event, honoring individuals and corporations that have made lasting contributions in support of millions of 4-H youth. Each year, the evening is filled with tributes to our honorees, and this year, we celebrated 110 years of work for America’s youth.
Through the Legacy Awards Gala, National 4-H Council is able to provide grants, support programs, design and publish curriculum, and foster the impact of 4-H'ers in their worlds.
In addition to supporting a wonderful cause, the Legacy Awards Gala is an exciting opportunity to connect with the 4-H community and our distinguished guests. This year we were fortunate to have a fantastic host in Carla Hall, a Tennessee 4-H alumna, celebrity chef and host of ABC's show, The Chew. Watch the video highlights, below!

Each year, we have the difficult task of selecting one remarkable 4-H'er to receive the coveted Youth in Action award. This year's award recipient was Nate Seese, a Byron Center, Michigan 4-H'er. Nate inspired us with his innovative work of helping to provide food for families in need. Nate's efforts resulted in a true revolution of responsibility - leveraging community leaders and businesses to contribute! Read more about Nate's story of responsibility.
