    The ACCESS 4-H Online Management System supports the ongoing evaluation and improvement of the 4-H program through Surveying & Evaluation. Each survey created can be customized to a particular group, and can be deployed through email to its target audience. Results can be viewed within the Surveying & Evaluation module and exported for use in office programs.


    Key Features     

    • Survey questions and results integrated into the Online Enrollment databases
    • Multiple question and answer formats (e.g. dropdown menus, yes/no boxes, multiple-choice, text fields, etc.)
    • Custom permissions, meaning that survey participation could be restricted to a particular 4-H program or could be open to everyone with a publicly accessible link
    • Response management, including limits per IP address, required/optional questions, cut-off dates, and answer validation against your specified format
    • Survey analysis, including trend lines, filters, and chart format options
    • Exports to PDF, CSV (spreadsheet), and HTML/XML
