  Security is a top priority. ACCESS 4-H is PCI compliant and McAfee secure (scanned daily). Our hardware and software are protected by firewalls and annually undergo third party security audits to further minimize security risks. As part of the implementation process, we also share user best practices with our staff.
• COPPA Compliance
  The Federal Trade Commission's (FTC) Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) sets standards and requirements that govern how youth under 13 interact with online systems, how data is entered and the type of access parents have to children's information and online activity. Website operators are deemed as being in compliance if the operator complies with Commission approved self-regulatory guidelines. The posting of the PRIVO Privacy Assurance Program Seal signals to consumers, your partners, advertisers, as well as government, that our site meets the COPPA guidelines.
• Reliability
  In case of an emergency, the ACCESS 4-H system is equipped with redundancy mechanisms that include a mirroring back-up server in different locations. Snapshots of the entire database are also taken multiple times each day.
• Updates
  All ACCESS 4-H software updates are free and occur seamlessly. No action is needed by IT support staff or the user – ever!

  The ACCESS 4-H system works on all browsers and operating systems, including Macintosh

  User support includes direct phone, email and online community support for county staff and leaders. We also fully support the transition and data migration process.
